An ice cold Caesar served on a hot, sunny patio
while waiting for crispy chicken wings is a little
slice of heaven. Skip the Caesar salad and pass the Caesar!
- 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
- Clamato juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce
- Celery stalk
- Lemon wedge
- Straw
- Fancy, tall highball glass
- Celery salt
- Ice
Directions...
Rim the glass with lemon (put in glass after salting) then celery salt. Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce and a drop of Tobasco sauce (season to taste). Add ice then alcohol and top with Clamato juice. Add leafy celery stalk and straw.
